Ministry Objective:
To share the love of the Lord Jesus Chirst with women who have made mistakes in their lives. Women that need to know the Lord as Savior and need a second chance at life. They need to be restored. These women will re-enter society and the need to learn a better way of life than the one they left behind.
Ministry Teams:
We have two teams at this time.
Each team has twelve to seventeen members.
We are allowed only one visit a year per person.

The kinds of Ministry are...
WORSHIP
Friday night worship service. Saturday Bible study,
skits, testimonies, crafts and various types of music.
We give lots of hugs and encouragement.
CARING
Collecting personal hygine items, crochet yarn and J hooks, cards and stamps. We ask churches in the area to collect these items year round and we deliever them to TPW.
Pen Pals: Some of the inmates seldom receive a visit or
letter from anyone. This is a great way to minister to a person in need of someone to correspond with. We have names and addresses for several inmates if you would like to have a
pen pal.
HELPING
We have been privileged to help three ladies upon their release from prison. Helping with clothing, housing, and transportation. These woman are living productive lives now that are no longer in TPW.
ENCOURAGEMENT
The Freedom Chapel clerk told us that all we need to do is just walk through the gates. That is enough to let the women know they are still loved and cared for.
We have team members that are available for speaking in area churches about the prison ministry.Since our ministry started in 2001, several women have trusted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord of their lives and have followed Him in baptism.
